My children and grandchildren arrived on 7/2 for one week of vacation. On Saturday afternoon I put the boat in the water to take it to the boat slip. It ran 100 yards, sputtered and would not start. I called Jimmy Gross as only place to answer my desperate call. I thought my fuel pump was broken. While he was on a job he stopped and by telephone he worked me through an extensive checklist. After 15 minutes eliminating the motor he said it had to be the gas line. We tightened the clamps on the pump bulb and gas pressure held and boat started. He refused money. I will use him for all future boat motor needs. He is a savior

I purchased a used boat and after taking it out a couple of times noticed it did not want to idle correctly. Decided not to go back out on the boat until it was looked at. It has an inboard motor and many of the companies I called didn't service them. I was referred to another company who told me I couldn't even bring the boat it for 2 1/2 weeks and then it would be another week or so to even service. I found Jimmy Gross on google and their service was amazing! I called and not only were they available the next day- they came to my house! That was on a Tuesday. They had to order some parts. Called Friday and said they would be out to the house later that evening because they knew we wanted to take the boat out this weekend. Sure enough they showed up about 7:00p and fixed the problem-even after dark! Very courteous and professional employees. On top of all that I was called on Sunday afternoon to see if we used the boat and advised we were actually on it then and everything was working wonderful. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend Jimmy Gross Marine Services.
